Kronos® Achieves Excellence in Customer Satisfaction for 10th Consecutive Year

CHELMSFORD, Mass., April 27, 2010 — Kronos® Incorporated today announced that it has received the NorthFace ScoreBoard Award℠ from the Omega Management Group for excellence in customer satisfaction for 2009 in the areas of implementation, support, and business relationship services. Omega presents the NorthFace ScoreBoard Award annually to organizations that consistently exceed customer expectations during the preceding year, as rated by their customers.

- Results from Omega Management Group show that 98 percent of organizations responded positively when asked if Kronos understands their problem. Additionally, 96 percent of respondents said that Kronos is easy to do business with, and that they would recommend Kronos to other organizations.
- Kronos has received the Omega NorthFace ScoreBoard Award for 10 consecutive years, and is one of only three organizations to do so.
- The award is presented annually to companies who demonstrate excellence in customer satisfaction during the prior calendar year.
