Depot Repair
Depot Repair is a cost-effective maintenance service to help ensure continuity of your equipment. It assumes you hold a small stock of replacement units and have the capability to swap out faulty terminals. You report the faulty terminal to the Kronos Support Centre and we will first make an attempt to resolve the issue remotely. If we can't, then you send it back to us for repair. We'll return the repaired terminal to you within 10 working days of receipt at Kronos. A replacement unit is NOT provided. This service includes access to equipment service packs/firmware updates available on the Kronos customer portal.
